The visit aimed at strengthening collaboration and building sustainable academic partnerships. The delegation was headed by the representatives of the City of Moorhead and included the Head of International Relations at the Independent Administration of Zakho. They were received, on behalf of the President of the University of Zakho, by the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hasan Khamo, and Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Sattar Jabbar Haji.
This visit comes as a continuation of the coordination efforts already established with Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM) through several previous visits, which have helped open new horizons for cooperation in academic fields, scientific exchange, and capacity building.
Through these global partnerships, we strive to enhance our programs, support the development of our students and faculty, and strengthen the international presence of the University of Zakho.
